For experienced developers there are usually multiple telephonic rounds. Generally deals with the basics of the technology you've applied for and then moves on to focus on more specific problem like how does Passenger handle multiple requests?

Entretien
It takes 3-4 rounds of interviews along with coding tests. The first round is with the HR who I believe tries to identify communication and attitude. The second round was the founder. He is technical but does not gruel you too hard. The third round was a 1:1 phone with a technical lead. This was very technical which ends with a coding test. The last round was another 1:1 in person meeting which was technical as well as personal.
