The process was very fast, however it was not as clear and detailed as I would like. Anyway it was sucessful but if I would do it again I would ask addtional questions

Average interview. A couple of calls and a personal interview before receiving an offer. Hurry to hire staff, making pressure to start immediately. The company sponsored the visa but they substracted the cost from my payroll.
