There isn't a process. They don't even bother contacting you. I've applied to several jobs at this company, all of them I was completely qualified for. Every time I am met with radio silence, so rude. At least have the decency to say I didn't get it or explain why. And honestly do you even have the room to be this picky?? According to other reviews you are struggling with company culture and you're in New Mexico. The job pool cannot be that big.
