Very unprofessional, been through all stages and waited for final answer for 2 weeks. Only good part was technical interview, data team seemed nice and professional, but recruiter and other interviewers ruined the impression. Heard from inside people that it's known the COO ruins recruitments.

Question 1
Regular technical interview: tell me about a project and then a 40 min assignment in the office. COO - interrogation as if I'm applying for the special forces. tell me about your childhood up to this day. Recruiter - nothing out of the ordinary. Founder - one analytical question about births per year. Nothing more to mention.
The first interview involved the team lead and an analyst. I found the team lead to be exceptionally pleasant. The conversation began with introductory questions about my background, followed by a use case analysis.
The subsequent interview was conducted by the HR manager, who engaged me in an extensive and rigorous session lasting an hour and a half. The questioning delved deeply into my current employment, seemingly with the intent to identify shortcomings. This experience led me to perceive a lack of clarity within the HR department and the company regarding their exact needs and expectations for the role.
