Entretien
Initial very relaxed face to face interview then a design test over a week time. A second face to face interview followed with a senior designer. I had to present my design test and go through my process while answering questions and explain design decisions.
A second similar design test followed to be sent back within a weeks time.
All interviewers were very welcoming and very relaxed.

Question 1
They asked me to go through my design process in general providing recent examples of my work. They seemed to have research me online prior to the interview as they had details about some work I did not pinpoint during my application.
They asked me to provide details of dealing with customer demands that might not fit my views and how I can communicate technically at different levels.
