The recruitment happened in two days.
First day:
1st round (Coding round):
The first day all the eligible candidates (around 500 students were eligible) were asked to take up a pen and paper test, This test comprised of 4 coding questions. The questions were ordered in the increasing order of difficulty. They were mostly implementation problems and few required recursive solutions. I solved all 4, but I did not give an efficient solution for the last question.
Second day (2 coding rounds and 1 HR Interview):
Second round (Coding round):
For this round, 58 candidates were shortlisted from the first round and I was one among them. This round had 4 coding questions and we were given 2 hours to solve them in pen and paper. This round's difficulty level was more than that of the previous round. A decent knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures should help clear this round. I solved all 4 questions in this round.
Third Round (Coding Round):
13 people were shortlisted for this round from the previous round and I made it to this round too. This round was a bit more of a different coding round than the others. 4 to 5 students were present in a classroom and the questions were given one by one to us. We had to solve a question and discuss our approach with the examiner and he would suggest if there are better ways to approach the problem to arrive at an efficient solution. The examiner will examine your thought process and how you approach to solve a given problem. The next question was given only after solving the previous question. This round took place for 2.5 hours and consisted of 5 questions. I was able to solve 3 full questions fully and 1 partially. The examiner was very friendly.
Fourth Round (HR Interview):
I was one among the 5 people shortlisted for this round. The CEO of the company was our HR. He got to know our preferences and prior experiences. It was a very friendly discussion.
Summing up everything the job role requires that you should possess good problem-solving skills and have an open mind to learn new things. If you possess them you are good to go.
All the best!

The overall experience was very challenging.
It consists of 4 rounds of written coding, and in each round they were analyzing our time and space complexities of our algorithms.
And to be honest,CEO was very friendly and that was really a great interview.

The process is of 4 rounds , where 3 rounds were coding . They concentrate only on our problem solving skills and complexity of our solutions.
And the interview was competitive .
