I applied through LinkedIn and they immediately emailed me to set up an interview. I show up to the office and there’s a lot going on, music playing and people running around. Also, there’s a bunch of people interviewing too. They give me a form to fill out that I’m just has really generic questions and one that was, if you could have lunch with anyone in the world dead or alive who could it be? In my opinion I thought it was kind of irrelevant to the position itself but maybe they were trying to understand my personality, they also asked what my favorite sports teams were. Kinda weird. Anyway so I finally got into the interview and the interviewer spoke super fast and he is basically telling me about a process where I start in a training type of position and then get promoted into some kind of account executive role, which is not at all what I wanted. I was looking for an internship that would help me earn college credit and this place gave me a weird feeling so I decided to not return for a second interview.
