Interview process went through 4 phases. The questions raised were pretty much standard questions expected in an interview. First phase was one on one with HR staff asking basic questions on previous experience and salary, next phase was conducted by the Finance and Administrative Manager and HR Manager asking similar questions and specific technical based inquiries required for the task. Third interview was with the Finance Director and HR Director which focused more on validation of skills required for the vacancy. Final Interview was with the CFO which was a validation of all queries earlier asked.
