An employee referred me for the position, and I applied online. The manager for the position set up a phone interview a few days after applying. The interview lasted about an hour and the first half was about my skills and experience and what my goals and expectations were. The second half was a technical portion with questions across the board from simple JavaScript questions and OOP principles to computer science questions about graphs and trees. In the end, my skills didn't match up with what they were looking for, but overall it was a good experience.
