I responded to a job ad on craigslist. The company called me directly and I had a small phone interview and talked about my resume. I then came in for a 1:1 interview with the head of the company. He asked me my skill level on different software programs (on a 1-10 scale) He also gave me some mathematical questions to test my intelligence - this was just basic maths. The interview basically just went through my portfolio, questioned my skillset and I got to hear about the company.
