After application was reviewed, I was invited to participate in a 15 min. phone interview. The team was considerate of my scheduling needs and offered to open up a time slot to accommodate a conflict I had. After the 15 min interview (all very boiler-plate questions) I was asked to submit samples of writing and work product. The team was also very accommodating in allowing many different forms of work product. I was then asked to schedule a 30 min phone interview with the hiring manager. This was more in depth but still very typical/expected in terms of questions asked. All personnel I encountered were kind, helpful, and thorough.
