I guess it was supposed to be multiple interviews. After the first interview, I was told to wait a week, it took three weeks. Then I received a message (addressed to someone else) saying to schedule a second round interview at a link (no link provided). I contacted the person I had information for confirming that the message was meant for me and explaining that there was no scheduling link. I received an email saying it was for me but again no way to schedule an interview. I send a few emails over the next two weeks attempting to schedule all were met with silence until I finally received a rejection letter. If this is how they treat COO candidates, I hate to imagine how others are treated. If you mess up, own it but don't play games with candidates.
