I had an on-site interview at ITWorx, it was not a technical interview, it was like a group discussion. They gave us a case study problem and we as a group need to analize this problem and discuss what is the optimal solutions, what to avoid, what to add, etc. In my opinion, this way of interviewing was not the best one to decide who should be hired or not.
