Entretien
One to one technical plus HR rounds. Moderate difficulty tech questions about your field. Added advantage if you are being recruited whilst studying or doing a degree. The HR round has basic questions which you can answer yourself.
The interview was approx 45 mins long, including an intro, 3-4 questions form hiring manager and HR, pretty standard interview, past experiences, CV presentation were requested and at the end it was possible to pose questions.

Terrible interview process and later on the role was also changes on the spot. During my interview for a GET intern role they hai already decided that they did not want to hire me because all the asked were my parents jobs and if i had siblings, they did not even bother to look at my resume.

What do your parents do
Do you have any siblings and what are they doing
It was a very professional interview asked about the financial concepts since I had done my internship in finance department. They asked about the basics of everything like what is tax, how do you file a tax and what is manufacturing unit in your words etc.
