The first interview is a Human Resources interview, followed by a Lead or Manager interview, and potential team interview depending on the candidate. Best case scenario, there will be an offer during the final interview.

Entretien
I met with the VP of Sales for 1 hour, then the President for 3 hours, then the dept. leaders for 1 hour. They asked very tough questions of me. The offer was made same day as the final interview and later a start date selected. There was a drug screen and background check prior to start. I was consulted regarding the markets which were open.
