This interview was for the admin position under Cleaning L&D. Even so, there were 3 stages. 1st: phone Interview 2nd: MsTeams Interview (with L&D managers) 3rd: MsTeams Interview (with L&D head) I was lucky to reschedule my interview. Overall seems okay. However, I was quite surprise to discover some other facts not stated in the job description, for example the exact job scope and the department I will be working under. I didnt think the job was aligned with my long-term career plan thus decided to let them know implicitly that I was not interested in the role during the 2nd round of interview.
