Straight forward, formal, understanding with head of department. Relatively easy questions and more about personal work ethic than knowledge as this was for early career role. Welcoming office and professional atmosphere.

I visited the offices of the company had had a 1 hour formal interview where the interviewer ran through an interview process, he asked questions relating to my experience and how I would deal with certain situations, and then described the type of job I would be working on should I be successful.

Very disappointed with the interview process and communication from HR. I applied through their website, got a call from HR within a day or two after applying saying that the interview will be set-up by the end of the week. Then silence for a month...HR eventually called back after a month to offer an interview date. Ok, fine, it can happen.
Then I went to the interview in their office, the interviewers were both nice making sure they answered all my questions while also interested to talk through my experience. Interview was a rather long one and took 1.5h. They promised to come back to me within a week, and guess what? They never did. Why would you waste time of two interviewers and my time on almost a 2hour long interview and then never send even a simple rejection email? Very disappointing.
