I was working in the warehouse already when I applied for the position. It was posted in March and I was notified of an interview in May. I interviewed in late April and was not notified that I got the position until the very end of May. However, that wasn't too out of the ordinary. The interview process was very relaxed. First I had a phone interview with a Transportation Leader in Massachusetts. Then I met with the Human Resources manager and one of the warehouse managers. Then I met with the Senior Manager of the DC. They were all very professional and made me feel comfortable. They asked questions that were pertinent to the job. I thought they displayed excellent interviewing skills.
