Have to apply with USAjobs.com and wait for them to contact you. Once they do it’s a whole different process of stuff you have to do. But getting your first call with the Internal Revenue Service is the hardest part about the process. I waited about 1 year & 3 months

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IRS (Kansas City, MO) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Interview essentially was replicating the job application process that I had done online. We specified what positions we preferred and what shifts that we wished to work. A government security check and and fingerprinting was part of the application process. There was a lag of about three weeks before the final job offer was presented and I accepted the position.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IRS (Covington, KY)
Entretien
All correspondence was online. No face to face interview. Basically seemed like you were hired in the order in which the applications were received. Strange process. HE emailed all information and met with me to fill out paperwork, did a background check, then made an offer of employment via email after I passed the background check.
