After being deemed a “best qualified” candidate (as determined by the USAJobs automated process and application review by IRS HR personnel), a panel interview was held. Panel consisted of frontline TCO Managers and a Senior Manager.

Basic accounting questions (i.e. difference between cash and accrual basis), allocation of personal and business expenses for business use of home, how to handle a taxpayer constantly wanting to reschedule and audit appointment, etc.
