Entretien
It was done as a recruitment day. We first all gathered to listen to a presentation about what each of the roles were about and the values of the company. We then did a group activity about surviving in a rainforest, having to pick 7 items. We then did solo tasks with 4 scenarios and how we would respond. Then we all did a short interview with the person who most matched the role we wanted most.

Entretien
The interview process is conducted in two parts. The first being an online interview where the interviewee gets to express a bit about themselves. In preparation for this, a short aptitude test is taken. The sedond interview is in person. This involved a group task, an individual timed assessment and then a more in depth one-on-one interview. Overall it was a really positive and enjoyable process.
