Initially, the interview is through Facebook chat only. And for other complex questions, they require me to send a video answering various questions in Facebook as well. I didn't receive any email that I'm accepted or rejected in their initial recruitment which is kind of odd compared to other companies I've applied to, After a week of waiting, they gave a zoom link to join and meet the recruiter (which is also our current manager). They also inform me that I'll be starting next week and didn't receive any kind of contract to sign.
