Tough technical interview, you have to know the ins and outs and nuances of the nuance usecases of Salesforce features, as well as be able to create solutions with workarounds. Quite a tough interview, excellent for learning and drilling

Entretien
IQVIA just hands out the requirements to a lot of third party recruitment agencies(8-9 agencies aggressively contacted me). Due to this there were around 100 people who appeared for the interview - no shortlisting of profiles done. Even though the interview was scheduled at 11, everybody waited till 2 PM and then they were called for lunch. Finally after complaining I was called for the interview. Interview was technofunctional - I answered almost all the questions( 2 questions based on solutioning and few technical scenarios).
I was then told that there will be a SKYPE interview due to the huge number of applicants next week. But this never took place. So in short my half a days time and effort along with the high cab charges 700+600 was wasted.
I would've been glad if I had a bad interview as i could've seen where I could have improved. But with an exceptionally good interview if you dont get called after being promised a second round, then it sends out a very bad message about how you treat your resources.
