This was one of the most disappointing interview experiences I’ve encountered recently. The hiring manager and recruiter showed a lack of respect for candidates’ time scheduling multiple extended interviews, only to go silent for several weeks without providing any updates or feedback. After investing several hours in the process, it was disheartening to be left in the dark without any clarity on the status of my application. When a response finally came, it referenced negative feedback for a role I was never interviewed for, which raises serious concerns about internal coordination and transparency. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of professionalism and accountability in how candidates are treated. I hope the company takes steps to improve its recruitment practices and communication standards moving forward.
