Initial phone screen with recruiter followed by the hiring manager and a team interview. It finally ended with department lead meetup before the offer was extended. I applied for a leadership technical role in data, so had a mix of questions in both areas

Met with talent person and hiring manager. Short interviews on both sides. Generic questions that weren't too probing or thought provoking. The questions were mostly as expected so no real surprises.

2 interviews both 60 minutes each, 2 weeks apart. Face to face conversation discussing experience and skill set /aptitude for role. Feedback was provided after each interview. Helpful talent acquisition team kept me updated on the process and next steps.
