Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine Outsourcing-Stelle, aber das wurde in der Stellenbeschreibung nicht klar angegeben. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail war extrem langsam. Es wurde ein Vorstellungsgespräch vereinbart, und ich hatte mir den Termin bereits freigehalten, doch dann wurde es wieder abgesagt.

I was initially contacted via email and had a screening interview with the recruiter, followed by a second interview with two team members. They mentioned they’d follow up with feedback, but I never heard back. A month later, I received an automated email with a link to a candidate survey about the interview experience. At that point, I assumed the hiring process was over.

I had a teams interview with no camera on. The interview went well although The recruiter was late and did not send an e-mail beforehand to give a heads up or apologize. There was a long silence after the interview and after an attempt to follow up i was told that the position was canceled.

I had 3 interviews and then they canceled the opportunity.
The first interview was high level with the HR. The second one with the supervisor and the third with the manager.
