This was an On-Demand Video Interview. I had questions that required typed responses and questions answered with one-take video recorded responses. There were a total of 23 questions. Specifics were focused on the role of a CRA, eTMF document management, 1572 document knowledge, informed consent process and importance.

HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
