I did only 1 interview with the managers directly. They did ask the typical questions on how you will react in your position and mainly wanted to see how you would work whit them.

The process took around 2-4 weeks, from receiving the first phone call to the actual interview with the Hiring Manager and the Meet and Great with the sponsor; after receiving the "ok" from the Hiring Manager and Sponsor, still waiting for the actual contract and start date.
