First Screening Call with recruiter to go over mostly classic questions checking if your experience match with position, if your salary expectation matches with company window, if your profile matches with company and sponsor culture.
Regarding providing feedback and organisation of the recruiters ( providing information during scheduling an interview) is moderate. But they help if you request.
After the end of the process company sends a survey for feedback, which is quite positive. 30 mins recruiter call followed by 60 mins hiring manager interview.

30min interview with HR. Usual questions: motivations to apply for the job, experience In the current role, specific questions based on the job description. 45min interview with HM. Associate Director and Head of the Department. Friendly interview with behavioural questions, career trajectory, specific questions related to experience to perform the role.

After CV application I received a call from HR dep. where I was asked questions regarding experience. After a month I had an entry interview with Senior Oper. Manager. again regarding experience.
