Started out with an extensive phone interview by HR covering the basics, then invited in for an all day interview where I met 5 people. The individuals that I met were the hiring manager, and 4 different folks from the business that I would be covering. All the interviewers asked questions about my background and wanted to know how much I knew about the company and why I would be effective in this role.

Efficient, comprehensive, diligent. The interview was informally formal, the team were excellent at making me feel at ease and really discuss my experience and aspirations, then how do these marry up with the companies ethos? The flow was really well balanced and I felt I had time the answer each question effectively. I was afforded ample opportunity to ask questions pertinent to my role and the company direction.
