There were several phases to the interview process as there almost always is. There was a phone screening with HR. Then I had a technical interview, once I made it past that I was scheduled for a Skype interview which was with a panel of 3 people who presented 5-7 questions each. Received an email from HR and then scheduled interview with HR. It was a basic interview and asked about my previous experiences and salary expectations. After that Line manager interviewed me and she asked STAR based questions.

Phone screen, interview with recruiter, then interview with management.
Seems like a company that really cares about work-life balance, however, if you have no experience working remote, then be prepared to negotiate for the title that you want.
