Contacted by a talent acquisition specialist within 3 days of submitting application and had 30 minute screening interview the next day. Within a week, I was contacted about a second interview with a line manager and the interview was held a few days later by phone. It lasted about 25 minutes.

How do you assess risk in a trial and how do you manage mitigating the risk?
Conversation was online. An invite was received to guide people to a platform where questions were pre-populated. No people live involved, and the conversation was a mix of writing down and recording your answers.

I had one initial call with the recruiter to talk about job expectations, timelines, the interview process, etc. after that, I received a request to interview with the hiring manager as the final step.

First, there was a quick call with HR to confirm interest for the job offer, salary expectation, geographical area of interest. HR was very nice.
Then, HR got back to me to schedule a videoconference with 2 managers to review the job description, experience. It took 2-3 weeks to schedule this meeting.
During the meeting, managers had a list of questions and the interview was not a conversation at all. They made me summarize my answers by yes or no several times and move to the next question.
