The process started with a pre-recorded interview covering my background and interest in the role. From there, things quickly fell apart. Scheduling a call with the recruiter took weeks of chasing, and when we finally connected, she ran late. Still, the conversation ended positively — she indicated I would be moving forward pending the team's return from vacation.
Three weeks of follow-up emails later, I received a generic rejection with no real explanation.
I have interviewed with a lot of companies over the years, and this was the most disorganized experience I have come across. Poor communication, zero follow-through, and a recruiter who was difficult to reach even when I was the one initiating contact. If you value your time and a structured hiring process, I would put your energy elsewhere.
