A recruiter reached out to me about an open position for a CTA, so I scheduled the interview in hopes to open some doors. It was a good "get to know you" interview very easy and laid back. Went over my prior experience.

Tell me about yourself? What is a strength and a weakness?
Three rounds, one with recruiter, two with managers of varying seniority, one of whom was my future manager. Mostly soft skills questions and questions about my resume and past experiences, overall was a very easygoing and friendly conversation
The interview process was great. The staff was kind, punctual and asking relevant questions. I was a bit nervous but they were kind enough to help me calm down. I truly appreciate them.
