First round with a corporate recruiter, nice simple discussion. Second round was 2 leadership team members individually. Final was with head of operations. All were very conversational, questions about my goals and drive, generic in general.

The interview process was really nice! I spoke with three current employees who asked different questions, like why did I want to work with them, and how my past experience could help with this role.

Five Steps - All Straight Forward - You Interviewed with another recruiter then with 3 hiring managers and then got a final interview with the Director of Ops who extends the offer.

Entretien
The interview process was very efficient. It moved quickly and I enjoyed all of the conversations. It was a phone interview, 3 zoom calls with practice leaders, and a final interview.
