3 Stage process with a telephone screen from internal recruitment team. Two F2F interviews and I had a practical exercise around a new topic idea. Great location, just outside Victoria station. Arrive early and go to Pret below to prepare!

Question 1
First stage focused on my experience and skills. Second stage was focused much more on my commercial knowledge and project management. Tip is to prepare around examples of resourcefulness. Be care with providing just top line responses, I made that mistake once and quickly realised the person interviewing me wanted the point covered.
