Was referred to this position by a friend. First step was a one-way interview with a couple of questions, just record yourself and send in. Second step was an in person interview at their Tampa, FL office. I am currently in the third step of the interview process and I am faced with a tedious project that I will eventually have to present in person before the final interview.
