No feedback was given, not even an email to say whether they’re hiring or not
Despite a follow-up email, they didn’t get back to me
The CEO was a bit stressed out as she isn’t meeting her targets and snapping out a bit during the interview and making sure she has the final say
I'm sorry if we did not provide you feedback in a timely manner, it is always are intent to let candidates know where they stand throughout the interviewing process as much as possible. That said I'm concerned you may be referencing your interviewing experience at another company as our CEO would not have been part of the interview and is a man rather than a woman as you stated above.

It was a fun interview process. They’re very true to what they’re looking for and tell you as it is. They really want to make sure you can handle the pressure.

Easy, quick, complex. Applied as a starting job and they were impressed. Had to answer generally about the industry given I hadn’t had a conference production job before. 3 stages I think. I stopped before second stage.

I applied on LinkedIn through a recruiter agency. I had my screening with a recruiter who clearly didn't want to be on that interview. They asked me very minimum questions and told to go an search the company and come back to them. I did and they never responded back.
I am very sorry to hear of this negative experience. We operate a PSL of recruiters who we work with. Please can you contact me direct so that I can establish the recruitment agency and ensure this type of experience does not happen again.
