Entretien
First there was a phone interview/screening , then I was asked to come in for an in person interview with two managers. I was then called for a second interview where I was given a project to do at home and bring in for second interview to review.

Entretien
I went through the entirety of the interview process (three rounds and a written exercise). Things seemed to be going well before the holidays, where they let me know the business shuts down and they would be in touch with me in early January. After multiple follow-ups, I still have not heard anything from them.
Ghosting a candidate after a full interview process and a written exercise is unacceptable in my opinion. I'm usually not one to write reviews but I feel applicants should know what to expect from this company.
