This was by far the easiest set of interviews I've ever been through. It was a group interview with a few of the managers. They can only tell you so much about the nature of the work before you're offered a job, so everything can be a bit vague at first. I could see it being awkward for some, but it wasn't really an issue because they're all pretty laid back and easy to talk to. If you're here for advice, I'd just tell you to be yourself. Don't act like its a job interview, act like you just put the tie on to go meet with some friends (but keep it appropriate). They're just trying to gauge what type of person you are and im pretty sure they'll hire anyone the agency sends them. It's was kind of refreshing not having to act like I was some type of overachiever in my previous jobs (that I absolutely hated). You have you're first 3 months to show them what kind of person you are, and they'll pretty much tell you as much. It was a positive experience overall and after my interview I could tell right away that this was the type of company that I wanted to work for.
