Two stage process. First interview is an informal chat about your research interests and your experience. This was conducted online. In the second, I was invited to Cambridge to give a 10-minute presentation about my PhD. They may ask ask questions, but again, its pretty informal. They will ask you questions related to the work they do, i.e. display technologies. They will also ask some standard interview questions, too.
