Applied online. Typical three step interview process. HR Phone screening, followed by team manager phone screen. Then in person multiple rounds. Then decision time. HR phone screening was 30 mins, then followed by 30 mins with manager. Onsite it was around 3 hours of time spent talking to multiple folks one on one. It was mostly 30 mins spent with team members and then peers. Total of 4 one on ones while onsite. Overall it was typical conversation on both sides with some focusing more on what their typical day to day functions are within the team. This was more helpful in understanding the role. Towards the end I was told about next steps including how long it will take for the decision.

Interview was disorganized. They scheduled me for the same first round interview twice a week apart. I asked the interviewer why he was asking me the exact same questions as the last interview. He said there must have been a scheduling issue and he would get back to me, but never did.

Company and role walk through. Tried to make the company sound impressive by saying where all the office locations are. Then did a resume walk through and asked how I would approach solving general technical support issues. Emphasized that the role would not involve programming/software development, although knowledge of it would be beneficial.
Interview with the manager lasted only around 15 minutes. He was clearly not interested as my experience didn't match what they were looking for so I don't know why they invited me to an interview at all. Didn't even ask me if I had any questions at the end, which was a first.
