It was a Phone call interview. Very straightforward. Very polite. She asked minimal questions, but we have to wait two weeks for the correct job listing to be posted prior to continuing

It went very quick. I received a call from the director of the floor, went in for the interview that day. She showed me around the unit after interviewing me then I received an email from HR within the next day or so with my offer.
