It was very inmidating. I had the store manager and area in for the interview. Area manager asked me all the questions. Not input from store manager until the very end which was one question. Area manager phone kept ringing during this process which i found disrupting on my behalf. I asked questions after the process one of the questions was what was the hourly rate? They never told me and gave me a clear answer they asked me what should you expect abruptivly from the store manager. And i still did not get an answer. Very off putting i will never apply for this company again! They clearly dont care about there employees. Just the success of a business. P.s they told me the hours which is 40 hours but in a demanding way that i will be doing over the 40 hours weather if i like it or not.
