J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez INC Research en mars 2016
Entretien
First step was filling the on line application, and after few days a recruiter made contact by sending an email informing me that they would like to set a telephone call to discuss the opportunity. The call was pleasant and relaxed. The recruiter did most of the talking, introducing me with the company. She actually asked me just a few questions: about my education, my application motives, current employment, and also current salary. After about a week, I was contacted in order to set a face to face interview in local office. In my case, the interview was pretty short. The lady that conducted it was nice. She also introduced me with the company, and with job requirements. The only thing I did not like were her reserved answers to my questions.

I was contacted by the recruiter or a contracting company about this position. I sent my resume to contracting company and they processed it. I immediately received a call back for interview time and date which was the following week. The interview itself was with Project Manager I would be working under. Very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the company's process. Ask questions on what my direction would be at INC and where I would like to go. Suggestion: Do you homework and research the company not only their process but the roles available and what role you would like to take on in 10 year time frame.

Two Step interview process. First step is being contacted by the recruiter for a phone interview. Second step is a 3 part interview with different managers.
During my first interview, the recruiter promised to contact me in a week or so to set up my final interview. Almost a month later contact was made, some internal complications had arisen and I would be contacted soon with an update. Contact fell off after that.
