Entretien
First you have to be interviewed with HR, solve several tests (mostly they'll give you basic or advanced test for using Oracle RDBMS), if you pass the tests and HR thinks you're good fit for their culture they will invite you to the last interview with company management board. If they select you, you'll be contacted by HR with their offer and will require feedback.
