The initial phone interview was personality based and surprisingly about who you are as a person. It was good overall, the interviewer was nice and easy to talk to. Would recommend

You may get case studies or problem-solving questions related to real estate data, financial modeling, or data interpretation. Could include live coding or take-home assignments. Duration: 45–60 minutes per round. Behavioral Interview Focus on your teamwork, conflict resolution, problem-solving approach, and cultural fit. Questions may be like “Tell me about a time when…” or “How do you handle tight deadlines?” STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) is a good approach here. Final Interview / Panel Interview Sometimes there’s a final round with senior leaders or cross-functional team members. May include both technical and behavioral components. Discussion about your goals and how you align with company values. Offer & Background Check If all goes well, you receive an offer.
