it was lengthy, but had very easy questions. the second round was harder then the first. the person interviewing me was very kind and made the conversation very comfortable and free flowing

They really want to know what you know about the company and why you are interested. What makes your passionate about the company and position. It was a smaller office and about a half hour long interview.
