They asked a lot about my abilities and to give examples but they were very reassuring and gave a lot of opportunity for you to ask questions as well. They seemed very personable and didnt ask traditional questions like what's your weakness? why should we hire you etc.

Entretien
It has been such a long process. I applied early August, did a computer based competency test in October, and the first interview in November. After passing that screening interview, I got placed in a pipeline of Admin Coordinator. Each team/department that needs a new admin coordinator will reach out to those pipeline wait listed people and do the final interview before hiring. I'm not sure when they will open up the position. I get to stay in the pipeline for six months.

How do you prioritize when you are facing tight deadline and multiple tasks.
internal selection process is relatively quick, from start to finish probably 2 weeks. afterwards it's up to the negotiation between current office and hiring office to decide when to move over
