HR Round. In this round you are asked a question about a card game. Just explaining concepts of expected value. Then you should be pretty comfortable explaining behavioral questions,
Trader Round: In this round you talk to a trader and they ask some behavioral questions and then you play a sports betting game. Uses Logic, risk management, and I guess mental Math.

Entretien
It was a lot of fun. I dealt with sports gambling problems, risk management, trading strategy execution, and data analysis. I interviewed through three phases and then was cut. The interview process began with a recruiter interview, followed by two senior trader interviews targeted to test my trading mindset and ability.
